The Corvid Photography Game
The corvid photography game is a very simple thing. From the human point of view, it's simply a matter of trying to take good pictures of corvidae. The tricky part for the human side is to not get frustrated.
The corvid side of the game involves a lot more fun. The idea is to make sure that the human with the camera can't get a good picture. There are myriad ways to acomplish this goal, varying from simply moving out of shot just before they press the button, to carefully angling oneself to be reflective or silhouetted, to simply repositioning in a crude posture, or choosing the moment to empty your bowels.
The best corvid play I have seen, at this game, is one corvid who managed to remain completely within the frame of the picture, yet be utterly invisible at the moment of capture. This was achieved by a cunning mix of reflection and silhouette, which caused the flying corvid to perfectly blend into the rock cliff-face behind it.
The sign of a good corvid play is one which annoys the human with the camera, but also impresses them so much that they really can't be angry about it.
Note that, even if you are a human, you can still play the corvid side of this game when people point a camera at you. Ideally you should try to make it not obvious that you are deliberately ruining the shot - turn away to talk to someone at just the right moment, or scratch your eyebrow. Perhaps drop something and move to pick it up. Alternatively, you could always choose that moment to empty your bowels - a bit less subtle, but probably quite amusing.
Have fun.
